Tess was born and raised in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. She obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Penn State and began her career as a registered nurse in 2014. After working as a nurse for several years, she recognized the need for providers particularly in rural communities, and felt called to return to school to pursue a degree as a nurse practitioner. She attended Messiah University where she received a Doctor of Nursing practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023. She enjoys the unique dynamic that family medicine offers by caring for individuals across the lifespan. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys running or biking on local trails and traveling to the beach any chance she can. She is excited to be a part of the Wellspring team and provide care to the people in this community!
